Oh my word! This baby panda is so adorable. I can’t stop smiling.
This handler has to be one of the most patient people I have seen in quite a while. He is trying to set up the enclosure with bamboo shoots. But this baby has other things in mind.
Did you know that a panda’s diet consists almost entirely of the leaves, stems and shoots of various bamboo species? But in captivity they are fed bamboo, carrots, rice gruel, apples, sweet potatoes and sugar cane.
Pandas are native to south central China. They get to about 5 ft high at the shoulders and an adult male can weigh up to 300 pounds.
It takes about 5 to 7 years for a baby panda to become fully grown. In captivity they depend upon their handlers for food, shelter and companionship. These zoo keepers are in for so much fun with this baby panda.
It is quite apparent that he does not want to be alone. This panda wants some attention and he is going to get it, not matter what it takes.
I couldn’t stop laughing and smiling at this baby as he tries to hold on to the zoo worker. In the video below watch the worker as he tries patiently to get his work done.
This is just the sweetest video ever. This worker is amazing, he really loves his pandas. Please like and share if you think this is the sweetest panda ever.
